Terms & Conditions — hy baji Platform Agreement

By registering an account on hy baji, accessing any part of the hy-baji.ws website, or using any service provided through the hy baji platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses any portion of the hy baji platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the hy baji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hy baji. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

If you are accessing hy baji on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the hy baji platform.

hy baji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, hy baji will notify registered players by email to the address provided at registration. The date of the most recent revision will always be noted at the top of this document. Your continued use of the hy baji platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Access to the hy baji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hy baji enforces a strict 18+ age policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. hy baji will verify the age of all registrants using National ID, passport, or other government-issued documentation.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on hy baji or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing hy baji from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of hy baji or its affiliated companies.

hy baji reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by hy baji may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals on hy baji, you must register a player account. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on hy baji. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hy baji may close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 KYC Identity Verification

In accordance with responsible gaming standards and financial integrity requirements, hy baji applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts before the first withdrawal is processed. The following documents may be requested as part of KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing the player's registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits, confirming that the account belongs to the registered player.

hy baji reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion if the standard documents provided are insufficient to verify identity to the required standard. All documents submitted to hy baji are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hy baji Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. hy baji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hy baji support immediately at [email protected].

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

hy baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment channels:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits made to a hy baji account must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed. The minimum deposit amount across all supported mobile banking channels is ৳500.

hy baji does not charge any fees for processing deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. This anti-money-laundering control is applied without exception. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during support hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST daily) and are typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Full KYC identity verification must be completed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full.
• The account must be in good standing with no active investigation or compliance review.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method.

hy baji reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or pattern, consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hy baji platform — including cricket pre-match and in-play markets, sports betting, live casino tables, and slot games — are subject to the specific game and market rules published within each game or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

hy baji reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a system error, odds feed malfunction, or any event outside the normal operation of the platform. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account balance. hy baji's decision in these matters is final.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on hy baji cover Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures (Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), and other scheduled international cricket events. Betting markets are opened and closed at hy baji's discretion based on event scheduling and market availability from our odds providers.

In-play betting is available for selected cricket and sports markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to rapid change. Once an in-play bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. All in-play betting decisions are final subject to the event's official result.

5.3 Live Casino

Live casino games available on hy baji — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and andar bahar — are supplied by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are determined by the applicable studio and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a live game disconnection, any open bet will be settled according to the game's recorded state at the point of disconnection, as confirmed by the studio's server log. hy baji's decision, based on studio data, is final.

5.4 Slot Games

Slot games on hy baji use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game's paytable, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and specific rules are displayed within the game. RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific return in any individual session.

hy baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general rules set out in this section apply to all hy baji bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit match bonuses and free spins awards are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the hy baji platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category will be listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, beginning from the date the bonus is credited to the player's account. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and Collusion: hy baji reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any attempt to exploit the promotion in a manner not intended by hy baji.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-related winnings.

hy baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes to future versions of the same promotion, provided they have not yet violated its terms.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hy baji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

hy baji employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously across the platform. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. hy baji will communicate the outcome of any account review to the player's registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

8.1 Closure by the Player

Any registered player may request the permanent closure of their hy baji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, hy baji will process the closure within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering obligations remain.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by hy baji

hy baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment from a player's financial institution.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wager activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory directive, or court order.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hy baji will notify the player by email. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld withdrawals processed without further delay. If a violation is confirmed, hy baji may permanently close the account and — where applicable — forfeit balances in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the registered player has not logged in, placed a wager, or made a deposit for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to applying any inactivity policy, hy baji will attempt to notify the player by email. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact support at [email protected].

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hy baji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the hy baji platform, including any losses arising from betting outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or account suspension. hy baji makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. hy baji's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in the player's verified hy baji account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions seeks to exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
